SHIPPING POLICY

Melo Bud partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged at checkout, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Processing may take several days. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


SHIPPING PROCESS

We typically require 2–5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it is sent to our carrier’s sorting facility.

Some items may take longer, especially during peak seasons or holidays (up to 10 business days), or if items are experiencing high demand or stock limitations.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, no changes can be made, including shipping address updates. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates due to different warehouse or supplier locations.


TRACKING

All orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary by location. These are estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
  • Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days

Note: These are estimates only and do not include the 2–5 business day processing period.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Melo Bud is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, postal delays, holidays, severe weather, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.


DUTIES, TAXES & FEES

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ace Carry has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import fees.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Ace Carry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We rely on tracking confirmation and timestamps when reviewing claims, and we may not be able to honor claims that are not properly reported.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We begin processing orders immediately, so we cannot make changes once an order is placed. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be retrieved or modified.
